1. Add 5 teaspoons of instant coffee powder to very hot water.

2. Add the sugar. more sugar helps the foams form quicker

3. Tilt the bowl and start stirring. You can use a hand whisk, but an electric one is recommended. 

4. When the colour lightens up and the consistency turns to that of whipped cream, you are done.

5. Pour the finished Dalgona foam onto a cup of milk and mix to taste. Three parts milk to one part foam is recommended. 

6. You can freeze the foams in a mold for later use.
